Novel Study

This week I have been working on a novel study. I had to choose a book from home and complete a range of activities base on the book. Some of the activities had to have examples (quotes) from the book and others had to have photos to go on the slide.

  1. Hi Megan,

You did an ok blog post.
I liked how you did your presentation.
This reminds me when I did my first novel study.
Maybe next time you could add why you choose this book.

    Kind regards Ian.

  3. Hi Megan,

I think that this was a great post. I really liked the way you presented how you did things or what you did.

Honestly I didnt read everything because it was so long. I only read one slide and it had took me five minutes and I only had 15 minutes to do this. But i did read allot of the slides and the slides I read fully are awesome. So good job, just remember to keep thing short and simple.

    Kind Regards

  4. Hi there, Megan, my name is Parwin and I am frm Yaldhurst Model SChool. You did a great post because you added lot's of detail but I think you added too much. the reason why I think of that is because I only read 2 slides and then stopped because you added so much text. Maybe next time you could write less and choose a font that stands out because I couldn't really read the texts. Is this your favourite book or is there another book you like the best?

    Kind Regards,
    Parwin

    1. Hi Parwin,

Thank you so much for your feedback on my novel study. Next time I will change the font to make it clearer but about the amount of text is what I probably can't change due to the fact that I had to add a lot of detail to some of the activities. To answer your question, no this is not my favorite book. My favorite book is I AM MALALA. It is a true story of a Pakistani girl who stood up for her right to go to school. Again thank you so much for your feedback.

My name is Jedi And I am a year six at Yaldhurst Model School. I think you did a good job. I have to be honest I read the first two slides and gave up. Maybe next time you could add a few more pics and more colour. Because it is getting a little dull using the same colour on each page. You have done a good job though. I would give this slide 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
    Keep up the great work.

    Kind regards

  6. Hi Megan
Thanks for posting, this was a conscientious effort for a weeks work.
Some of the other posts have offered suggestions on how to improve layout but the content met the criteria - well done indeed.

    1. Hi Saxon,

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, I do like to do novel study because a) I love to read and b) I like the challenge. It took me 1 week to complete.
